Our Story: Over a Century of Creole Tradition

Vaucresson's Sausage Company is a third-generation family business that has been making authentic Creole sausage since 1899. Based in the 7th Ward of New Orleans, our products have been a staple at local restaurants, grocery stores, and festivals for more than a century. Using recipes and techniques passed down through generations, we've earned a reputation for producing the best sausage in the Gulf Coast region. Our mission has always been to preserve the traditions that define Creole culture — through good food and the good times that come with it. Today, under the leadership of Julie and Vance Vaucresson, we're proud to share our legacy at Vaucresson's Creole Café & Deli, where guests can enjoy our famous sausage alongside a menu of home-style Creole favorites.
